Clement Owusu Manu

Clement is an experienced Business Developer and Operations professional who has over a decade of experience working with various local and multinational corporations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana.

Clement started his career with Kam-Joe Enterprise as a Personal Assistant where he was responsible for managing various administrative and clerical duties of the company. He then moved on to Tullow Ghana Limited to work within the Accounts Payable section. He further Progressed to served as a Records officer within the same institution.

Subsequently, Clement moved on to Dwadifo Adanfo where he served as an Investment Mobilization Officer. Whilst there, he was responsible for spearheading the Investment Mobilization Team. Under his purview as the team lead, he developed and implemented various sales Initiatives which saw the team increasing targets and overall, increasing profits for the Company. He was also at the forefront of client interactions, ensuring that all the clients he engaged with had a distinct Customer Experience.

Clement further moved on to WESTON Group to manage their operations in Monrovia, Liberia. As the Country Operations Manager, he was in charge of supervising the operations for all subsidiaries within the WESTON Group in Monrovia. He prudently managed various processes and resources under his portfolio and this culminated into increased revenue underpinned by effective marketing and sales layout plan.

As an entrepreneur, Clement established CO.MA Consult. CO.MA Consult Ltd. is a 100% Ghanaian private consulting company specializing in meeting the financial requirements of African companies through its global network of financial partners.

Clement is currently a Senior Consultant with Crossroads International. He is also responsible for championing initiatives through his network which will ensure the growth and development of Crossroads, products and services.
